Everyone I spoke with at Weather Tight; from initial contact to completion of work, were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and spoke very highly of their company’s products. Salesman Matt taught me a lot about the construction of the windows. Installers Luke, Luis, and Angel were the hardest workers you’ll find anywhere! It was soooo humid and hot and they just worked right along, even in the rain! These guys went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. Thanks Guys! My entire experience was absolutely great. It all started with my salesperson George. He spent a lot of time with me making sure I understood the product and my options and ultimately helped me make a huge decision. I was extremely happy that my scheduled install date was met. I was called at the last minute to reschedule which would not have been convenient and would have delayed my install by at least a month. Thanks to everyone who made it happen on your end. The install crew, Justin, Will and Emanuel did a fantastic job. They worked very hard and were very diligent in explaining the install process and making me aware of any abnormalities that they discovered. I was also very picky about the details such as nail holes being filled, screen tears and they addressed them immediately. They were very respectful of my property and did a great job. Your company was recommended to me by my 2 brothers who both had windows replaced at their homes, plus the ads I have seen on TV made me aware of your company. I would most definitely recommend you to anyone I know who is interested in windows. I hope to use you in the future to replace my bow window and front entry door when funds allow. Thank you for a great experience.
